Agreement Overview
These terms govern all web development services provided by Afanc Software® Solutions Ltd. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
This agreement becomes effective when you accept our project proposal or make payment for our services.
We're committed to delivering exceptional web development services while maintaining clear, fair business practices.

Development
Custom website and web application development

Project scope is defined in your specific proposal. Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect timeline and costs.
Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is transparent and fixed at the time of agreement.
Payment Structure
- Fixed pricing means no surprise costs during development
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
- 3% late payment fee applies every month invoice is outstanding plus £15 per invoice chase
- Long standing debts may be sold to a collection agency
- Refunds available as per our cancellation policy
Additional work beyond original scope is quoted separately before proceeding.

- Rights to any pre-existing intellectual property
- Rights to any Afanc Software products in use with the website such as Afanc CMS or Afanc Inventory Management
Full ownership of custom work transfers to you upon final payment completion.
Warranties & Support
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties and ongoing support options.
3 months bug support from launch Warranty
Covered:
- • Defects in original development work
- • Bugs in custom functionality
- • Issues with responsive design implementation
- • Problems with agreed browser compatibility
Not Covered:
- • Issues caused by third-party software updates
- • Problems from client modifications to code
- • Hosting or server-related issues
- • New feature requests beyond original scope
Support
Included: Basic technical support via email during business hours
Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours
Priority: Critical issues affecting site functionality receive priority attention
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that business needs can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Limitations & Liability
These limitations protect both parties while ensuring fair allocation of risk.
