This depends on whether your project is hosted by Afanc Software® Solutions or not. For non-Afanc projects, we retain a copy of the codebase for 3 months to resolve any bugs that might arise. For Afanc-hosted solutions, bug support is indefinite, however additional support is based on hosting level.

Yes - we provide a 3-month bug-fix guarantee on all projects. We also stand behind our fixed-price quotes with no surprise fees or scope creep charges.

Yes, we can provide these services for an additional fee. For domain names, depending on your hosting package, there may be an annual renewal fee.

Bug fixes are available for 3 months. For projects hosted by other parties, once the codebase is handed over we will not be able to make modifications. Afanc hosting has various options to cover additional work required. If hosting doesn't cover the requested work, we can supply a quote for a one-time development fee.

You are the expert in your industry. While we can help write website content to optimise search engine performance, we would need the key points about your business to do so effectively. This is an add-on service at £50 per page.

Modifying existing websites built by other parties is always far more complicated than a new build due to differing tech stacks and varying code quality. We might be able to help, however we would need to assess the codebase before providing a quote. Sometimes it's more practical and cost-effective to build new using the existing website as a design reference.

We'll work closely with you throughout the project, and the project is only complete when you sign off that you're happy with the project. If we are unable to overcome any issues the project may be terminated at any point, with payment only required for services already completed.

Our business hours are 6pm-10pm Monday-Friday and 11am-4pm Saturday. We have other commitments during typical business hours, but we're happy to arrange calls during regular hours when needed.
