Cancellation Policy
Projects can be cancelled at any stage, with payment required for services completed according to project specifications.
Project Changes
Minor adjustments are permitted during development. Major changes or new features require specification review and re-approval.
When adjustment requests are received, work will be paused until we receive instruction to continue, ensuring no unnecessary costs are incurred. Ongoing requests will affect delivery timelines.
Cost Adjustments
Removing project requirements may not reduce project costs. Adjustments are charged at the following rates:
- • Completed work: full rate
- • Work in progress: pro-rata rate based on completion
- • Not started: can be removed from pricing
Built code for removals will be retained for flexibility. If needed in the future, it can be implemented at a reduced rate.
